Meetings

BIOPROTA forum meetings are held annually, and are attended by representatives of the Sponsoring Committee, task group leader organisations and other interested bodies. The meetings provide a platform for continuing exchange of information on the biosphere work programmes of the sponsoring committee and the various tasks supported through BIOPROTA. It is the intention of the meetings that discussions highlight areas of common interest upon which future collaborative BIOPROTA work programmes can be built.

The next meeting will be held in Stockholm, Sweden, in May 2010. The meeting will be hosted by SKB. Further information will be posted here in due course.

The most recent ANNUAL BIOPROTA FORUM was hosted by CIEMAT in Madrid, Spain from 6-8th May 2009. A report from the forum is available for download.
